About HFAP

Rooted in Ogun.
Built for Nigeria's food future.

Harvest Feed and Agro Processing Limited is a cassava processing company based in Ogere, Ogun State. We turn locally grown roots into edible starch and animal feed — and we are building the team that keeps that value chain working.

Our story

A processing plant with farmers at the centre.

HFAP was founded in 2015 to add value to cassava close to where it is grown. Instead of shipping raw roots out of the region, we process them into food-grade starch for manufacturers and feed ingredients for livestock producers.

That only works if farmers can rely on the plant as a buyer. Our farmers outreach team works directly with partner farmers and cooperatives on agronomy, harvest planning, and delivery, so both sides can plan with confidence.

Today the business covers processing, quality assurance, engineering, commercial sales, and field operations — all from our site in Ogere. The people in those teams are what make the plant run.

What we do

From harvest to ingredient.

Cassava, processed properly

We work with smallholder farmers across Ogun and neighbouring states, then process freshly harvested roots into industrial-grade edible starch.

Feed that supports livestock

By-products from starch processing become animal feed, keeping more of each harvest in the food chain and reducing waste.

Farmers as partners

Our outreach team supports partner farmers with training, inputs, harvest logistics, and a dependable buyer for their crop.

Food safety first

Our operations run under an ISO 22000 food safety system, with quality checks from raw material intake through to finished product.
